Lewis Field

Lewis Field is an Associate Director at TBH, specialising in project advisory, project controls, and strategic delivery assurance across complex infrastructure, data centre, property, and built-environment projects. His work spans the full lifecycle of major capital programs—from early-phase feasibility and due diligence to delivery governance, scheduling, risk management, and post-contract commercial advisory.

Lewis brings deep experience in analysing project risk, navigating regulatory and planning constraints, and establishing robust frameworks that support predictable delivery. He has contributed to major industry discussions on constrained construction markets, including challenges and opportunities in student accommodation, planning bottlenecks, construction sector capacity, and market-driven delivery pressures.
