Ree Dai

Ree Dai is the Managing Director and Founder of Terra Mining, established in 2019. He is an experienced mining executive with a background across South-East Asia, Africa and Australia, working in operational and leadership roles within several major resource-sector organisations.

Before founding Terra Mining, Ree held senior positions at NRW Holdings, PT Bukit Makmur Istindo Nikeltama and PT Bright Wit IH. His experience across varied mining environments informs his practical approach to project delivery, operational management and organisational development.

At Terra, Ree is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and overall performance. He leads the business toward its goal of providing integrated mining services, combining contracting, maintenance and operational support under a unified model.

His leadership emphasises capability, workforce development and a modern approach to mining services.
